Return to Work (Transitional Provisions) (Designated Day) Proclamation 2014
under Schedule 9 clause 27 of the Return to Work Act 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Return to Work (Transitional Provisions) (Designated Day) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Designated day
For the purposes of the definition of designated day in clause 27(1) of Schedule 9 of the Return to Work Act 2014, 1 July 2015 is appointed as the designated day for the purposes of each provision in Part 10 of that Schedule (other than clause 27(1)) in which the term is used.
