Statutes Amendment (Budget 2010) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Budget 2010) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
(1) Subject to subclause (2), Part 12 of the Statutes Amendment (Budget 2010) Act 2010 (No 22 of 2010) (the Amendment Act) will come into operation on 1 March 2012.
(2) Section 75 of the Amendment Act insofar as it inserts Part 3 Division 3A of the Radiation Protection and Control Act 1982 will come into operation on 1 July 2012.
