This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Courts) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Courts) Act 2004
(No 23 of 2004) will come into operation on 14 March 2005.
