Statutes Amendment (Appeals) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Appeals) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Statutes Amendment (Appeals) Act 2013 (No 9 of 2013) will come into operation on 5 May 2013.
(2) Section 11 of the Act will come into operation immediately after the commencement of section 26 of the Statutes Amendment (Courts Efficiency Reforms) Act 2012.
