Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement of Act
The Statutes Amendment (Sentencing) Act 2017
(No 53 of 2017) will come into operation on 30 April 2018.
