Sentencing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Sentencing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of Act
The Sentencing (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2018
(No 36 of 2018) will come into operation on 28 February 2019.
