Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Budget 2012) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Budget 2012) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
Parts 5 and 6 of the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Budget 2012) Act 2012 (No 54 of 2012) will come into operation on 24 March 2013.
