Statutes Amendment and Repeal (Taxation Administration)
Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal
(Taxation Administration) Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2008.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Statutes Amendment and Repeal
(Taxation Administration) Act 2008 (No 38 of 2008) will come into
operation on 1 January 2009.
(2) Parts 2 and 3 of the Act will come into operation on
1 July 2009.
