Statutes Amendment and Repeal (National Competition Policy) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment and Repeal (National Competition Policy) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Statutes Amendment and Repeal (National Competition Policy) Act 2003 (No 4 of 2003) will come into operation on 1 July 2003.
