South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) The South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (No 59 of 2013) will come into operation on 14 November 2013.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:
(a) sections 5 to 9 (inclusive);
(b) sections 12 to 27 (inclusive);
(c) Parts 3, 4, 5 and 6;
(d) sections 82 to 92 (inclusive);
(e) section 96.
