South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The following provisions of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 (No 59 of 2013) will come into operation on 13 February 2014:
(a) Part 2 Division 3 Subdivision 3;
(b) Part 6 Divisions 1 and 2.
