South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of Acting President) Proclamation 2015
under section 12 of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of Acting President) Proclamation 2015.
2—Commencement
This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.
3—Appointment of Acting President
Susanne Denise Cole, a judge of the District Court and a Deputy President of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal, is appointed to be Acting President of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal for the following periods:
(a) 21 May 2015 to 29 May 2015 (inclusive); and
(b) 9 November 2015 to 20 November 2015 (inclusive).
