South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of Deputy President) Proclamation 2014
under section 14 of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of Deputy President) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement
This proclamation will come into operation on 13 February 2014.
3—Appointment of Deputy President
Susanne Denise Cole, a judge of the District Court, is appointed to be a Deputy President of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal from 13 February 2014.

Supreme Court and the Chief Judge of the District Court and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council
