South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of President) Proclamation 2013
under section 10 of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Appointment of President) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement
This proclamation will come into operation on 14 November 2013.
3—Appointment of President
Gregory John Parker, a Judge of the Supreme Court, is appointed to be the President of the South Australian Civil and Administrative Tribunal from 14 November 2013.
