Statutes Amendment (Real Estate Industry Reform) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Real Estate
Industry Reform) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Real Estate Industry
Reform) Act 2007 (No 28 of 2007) will come into operation on
1 August 2009.
