Statutes Amendment (Courts Efficiency Reforms) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Courts Efficiency Reforms) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Statutes Amendment (Courts Efficiency Reforms) Act 2012 (No 43 of 2012) will come into operation on 11 March 2013.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:
(a) Part 2;
(b) Part 3;
(c) Parts 5 to 15 (inclusive).
