Statutes Amendment (Serious Firearm Offences) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Serious Firearm Offences) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of remaining provisions
The remaining provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Serious Firearm Offences) Act 2012 (No 33 of 2012) will come into operation on 4 March 2013.
