Statutes Amendment (Occupational Licensing) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Occupational Licensing) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Statutes Amendment (Occupational Licensing) Act 2013 (No 71 of 2013) will come into operation on 1 November 2014.
(2) The operation of sections 6, 8, 9, 15, 20, 23, 26, 29, 34 and 36 of the Act is suspended until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations.
