Statutes Amendment (Young Offenders) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Young Offenders) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008.

2—Commencement of Act

The Statutes Amendment (Young Offenders) Act 2007 (No 57 of 2007) will come into operation on 3 February 2008.
