Statutes Amendment (Victims of Crime) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Victims of Crime) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement of Act and suspension of provision
(1) The Statutes Amendment (Victims of Crime) Act 2009 (No 79 of 2009) will come into operation on 19 September 2010.
(2) The operation of section 14 of the Act is suspended until a day or time to be fixed by subsequent proclamation.
