Statutes Amendment (Assessment of Relevant History) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Assessment of Relevant History) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2014.
(1) Subject to this clause, the Statutes Amendment (Assessment of Relevant History) Act 2013 (No 87 of 2013) will come into operation on 16 February 2014.
(2) The following provisions of the Act will come into operation on 1 July 2014:
(a) section 4;
(b) section 5(1) to (3) (inclusive);
(c) section 5(5) to (8) (inclusive);
(d) section 5(10) to (16) (inclusive).
(3) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended until a day or time, or days or times, to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or proclamations:
(a) section 5(4) and (9);
(b) section 6;
(c) section 7.
