Statutes Amendment (Co-managed Parks) Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Co-managed
Parks) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Statutes Amendment (Co-managed Parks)
Act 2004 (No 27 of 2004) will come into operation on 29 July 2004.
(2) Section 4(2), and sections 6 to 12 (inclusive), of the Act will come
into operation on 24 August 2004.
