Statutes Amendment (Transport Portfolio) Act
(Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Transport
Portfolio) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Transport Portfolio)
Act 2008 (No 26 of 2008) will come into operation on 31 January
2009:
(a) sections 9 to 13 (inclusive);
(b) sections 15, 16 and 17;
(c) section 19;
(d) section 21.
