Statutes Amendment (Attorney-General's Portfolio) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Attorney-General's Portfolio) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2013.
2—Commencement of remaining provisions
(1) Parts 2 and 11 of the Statutes Amendment (Attorney-General's Portfolio) Act 2013 (No 11 of 2013) (the Amendment Act) will come into operation immediately after section 8 of the Statutes Amendment (Community and Strata Titles) Act 2012 comes into operation.
(2) Part 7 of the Amendment Act will come into operation immediately after section 4 of the Graffiti Control (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2013 comes into operation.
(3) The remaining provisions of the Amendment Act will come into operation on 9 June 2013.
