Statutes Amendment (Corporations—Financial Services Reform) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Corporations—Financial Services Reform) (Commencement) Proclamation 2003.

2—Commencement of Act

The Statutes Amendment (Corporations—Financial Services Reform) Act 2002 (No 34 of 2002) will come into operation on 1 August 2003.
