This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Road Transport
Compliance and Enforcement) Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Road Transport
Compliance and Enforcement) Act 2006 (No 13 of 2006) will
come into operation on 30 April 2007.
