Statutes Amendment (Road Transport Compliance and
Enforcement) (Commencement) Proclamation 2006
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Road Transport
Compliance and Enforcement) (Commencement) Proclamation 2006.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Statutes Amendment (Road Transport Compliance and Enforcement)
Act 2006 (No 13 of 2006) will come into operation on 1 July 2006.
(2) The operation of Parts 3, 4 and 5 is suspended until a day to be fixed
by subsequent proclamation.
