Statutes Amendment (Domestic Violence) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Statutes Amendment (Domestic Violence) Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2019.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The following provisions of the Statutes Amendment (Domestic Violence) Act 2018
(No 38 of 2018) will come into operation on 1 September 2019:
(a) section 7;
(b) section 11;
(c) section 12.
