Stamp Duties (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Stamp Duties (Miscellaneous)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
The Stamp Duties (Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2004 (No 41 of 2004),
other than section 10(8) (which came into operation, by virtue of section 2(2)
of that Act, on 4 November 2004), will come into operation on 24 February
2005.
