1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Summary Offences (Filming and Sexting Offences) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2016.
2—Commencement of Act
The Summary Offences (Filming and Sexting Offences) Amendment Act 2016
(No 39 of 2016) will come into operation on 28 October 2016.
