Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2008.

2—Commencement of Act

The Summary Offences (Drug Paraphernalia) Amendment Act 2008 (No 11 of 2008) will come into operation on 8 June 2008.
