1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Summary Offences (Declared Public Precincts) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2017.
2—Commencement of Act
The Summary Offences (Declared Public Precincts) Amendment Act 2017
(No 3 of 2017) will come into operation on 1 May 2017.
