Summary Offences (Offensive Weapons) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004

under section 2 of the Summary Offences (Offensive Weapons) Amendment Act 2004

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Summary Offences (Offensive Weapons) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004.

2—Commencement of Act

The Summary Offences (Offensive Weapons) Amendment Act 2004 (No 5 of 2004) will come into operation on 1 July 2004.
