1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Summary Procedure (Service) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2018.
2—Commencement
The Summary Procedure (Service) Amendment Act 2017
(No 36 of 2017) will come into operation on 4 March 2018.
