Tobacco Products Regulation (Further Restrictions)
Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2004
This proclamation may be cited as the Tobacco Products Regulation
(Further Restrictions) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2004.
(1) Subject to subclause (2), the Tobacco Products Regulation
(Further Restrictions) Amendment Act 2004 (No 42 of 2004) will come
into operation on 6 December 2004.
(2) Sections 6, 12 and 15 of the Act will come into operation on 31 March
2005.
