Teachers Registration and Standards Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2005
This proclamation may be cited as the Teachers Registration and
Standards Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2005.
2—Commencement of certain
provisions of Act
Parts 1 and 3 and section 61 of the Teachers Registration and Standards
Act 2004 (No 57 of 2004) will come into operation on 20 January
2005.
