Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Upper South East Dryland Salinity
and Flood Management (Extension of Project) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of Act and
suspension of certain provisions
(1) The Upper South East Dryland Salinity and Flood Management
(Extension of Project) Amendment Act 2009 (No 70 of 2009) will come
into operation on 17 December 2009.
(2) The operation of the following provisions of the Act is suspended
until a day or time or days or times to be fixed by subsequent proclamation or
proclamations:
(a) sections 4 to 12 (inclusive);
(b) section 15(2), (3) and (4);
(c) section 16.
