This proclamation may be cited as the Upper South East Dryland Salinity and Flood Management (Extension of Project) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2010.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The remaining provisions of the Upper South East Dryland Salinity and Flood Management (Extension of Project) Amendment Act 2009 (No 70 of 2009) will come into operation on 21 January 2010.
