This proclamation may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and
Compensation (Territorial Application of Act) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2007.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
The remaining provisions of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation
(Territorial Application of Act) Amendment Act 2006 (No 23 of 2006)
will come into operation on 13 September 2007.
