Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Employer Payments) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012
1—Short title
This proclamation may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Employer Payments) Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2012.
2—Commencement of suspended provisions
The remaining provisions of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Employer Payments) Amendment Act 2011 (No 48 of 2011) will come into operation on 1 July 2012.
