Amendment Act (Commencement) Proclamation 2009
This proclamation may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and
Compensation (Scheme Review) Amendment Act (Commencement)
Proclamation 2009.
2—Commencement of suspended
provisions
Section 98E(e), (f), (n), (o) and (q) of the Workers Rehabilitation and
Compensation Act 1986, inserted by section 70 of the Workers
Rehabilitation and Compensation (Scheme Review) Amendment Act 2008 (No
17 of 2008), will come into operation on 15 October 2009.
