Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Scheme Review)
(Relevant Day) Proclamation 2009
under Schedule 1 clause 1 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Scheme Review) Amendment Act 2008
This proclamation may be cited as the Workers Rehabilitation and
Compensation (Scheme Review) (Relevant Day)
Proclamation 2009.
This proclamation will come into operation on
1 July 2009.
Pursuant to the definition of relevant day in Schedule 1
clause 1 of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation (Scheme Review)
Amendment Act 2008, 1 July 2009 is appointed as the relevant day
for the purposes of clause 8 of that Schedule.
