Youth Court (Designation and Classification of Special Justices) Proclamation 2010

under section 9 of the Youth Court Act 1993

1—Short title

This proclamation may be cited as the Youth Court (Designation and Classification of Special Justices) Proclamation 2010.

2—Commencement

This proclamation comes into operation on the day on which it is made.

3—Designation and classification of special justices

The special justices named in Schedule 1 are—

(a) designated as special justices of the Youth Court of South Australia; and

(b) classified as members of the Court's ancillary judiciary; and

(c) declared to be members of the Court's ancillary judiciary—

(i) in the case of the special justice listed in Schedule 1 clause 1—until 24 January 2011;

(ii) in the case of the special justice listed in Schedule 1 clause 2—until 24 April 2014;

(iii) in the case of the special justice listed in Schedule 1 clause 3—until 29 October 2014;

(iv) in the case of the special justices listed in Schedule 1 clause 4—for a term of 5 years.

Schedule 1—Special justices of Court

1—Special justice to be member of the Court's ancillary judiciary until 24 January 2011

2—Special justice to be member of the Court's ancillary judiciary until 24 April 2014

Heinz Walderman Ludwig

3—Special justice to be member of the Court's ancillary judiciary until 29 October 2014

Mark Barrington Evans

4—Special justices to be members of the Court's ancillary judiciary for a term of 5 years

Patricia May Casey

Andrew Paul Chambers

Arthur Timothy Heathfield Dendy

Trevor John Kubenk

Richard Peter Lawley
