This legislation has been repealed.
(1) The Minister shall
by notice in writing appoint a person to be the Minister's Representative for
the purposes of this Act and the Minister may by a like notice appoint another
person as deputy of the Minister's Representative.
(2) A deputy appointed
under subsection (1)
of this section may, in the absence, incapacity or inability of the Minister's
Representative, act as the Minister's Representative.
(3) An act done or
purported to have been done as Minister's Representative by a deputy appointed
under subsection (1)
of this section shall not be called in question on the ground that the
occasion for the doing of the act had not arisen or had ceased.
