DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1992 - SECT 18

18—Issue of licences

        (1)         An application for a licence—

            (a)         must be made in writing to the Authority;

            (b)         must be accompanied by any information and documents required by the regulations.

        (2)         The Authority may, on receipt of an application for a licence, issue a licence.
