DAIRY INDUSTRY ACT 1992 - SECT 22

22—Revocation of licence

The Authority may revoke a licence if—

            (a)         the holder of the licence ceases to carry on the business in respect of which the licence was issued; or

            (b)         the holder of the licence contravenes or fails to comply with a condition of the licence.
