South Australian Repealed Acts South Australian Repealed ActsThis legislation has been repealed.
(1) The number of
members of a board of management fixed by the proclamation hereinbefore
mentioned as necessary to form a quorum, shall be competent to act in the
execution of the powers vested in the board.
(2) The existence of
any vacancy shall not invalidate any act done by the board during the
continuance of the vacancy.
