18—Disallowance of rules and regulations
The Governor may, by proclamation, at any time revoke any such regulation or
any rule or regulation made pursuant to The Hospitals Act 1867 . Every
proclamation by which any such rule or regulation is revoked, shall take
effect from the time of the publication thereof in the Government Gazette.
