This legislation has been repealed.
(1) A meeting of a
trust may be called at any time by the presiding officer or by at least 10 per
cent of the voting members of the trust.
(2) The presiding
officer must call a meeting of the trust (the annual general meeting) at least
once in each year.
(3) At least seven
days written notice specifying the time and place of each meeting must be
given to every member of the trust.
(4) The time and place
of a meeting of a trust must, as far as practicable, be convenient to the
members of the trust.
