IRRIGATION ACT 1994 - SECT 50

50—Appointment of authorised officers

        (1)         The Minister may appoint a person to be an authorised officer in respect of one or more government or private irrigation districts.

        (2)         A trust may appoint a person to be an authorised officer in respect of its irrigation district.
